This is a full-time, on-site Medical Doctor role based in Chicago, IL. The physician will provide comprehensive patient care, including conducting medical histories, performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing evidence-based treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include managing acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, and documenting encounters in the electronic health record. The role also involves counseling patients and families on prevention, health maintenance, and disease management, as well as participating in quality improvement initiatives and adhering to all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
